If you’re not delighted with your purchase, in order to receive a refund of your hard earned cash, you’ll need to return it within 30 days of receiving it, sending it back to us via Registered Post and pre-paying all postage costs pretty please.
Then, follow the below easy breezy five steps:
- STEP 1: Package up the items you'd like to return.
- STEP 2: Clearly label your package with the below address:

- STEP 3: Take the package to your nearest Australia Post Office and get them to weigh & stamp it, and send it.
- STEP 4: IMPORTANT: Take a photo of the package when prepared for proof of postage.
- STEP 5: Fill out the form below and upload the photo of your return.
As soon as the form is filled out correctly, a flashing red light will go off at HQ and our customer service genies will refund you.
