Not sure how our money back guarantee works? You've come to the right place.

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason with any Zero Co product that you’ve been delivered, you can bet your bottom dollar that we want to know all about it ASAP. Because if you’re not happy Jan, neither are we.

If you’re not delighted with your purchase, in order to receive a refund of your hard earned cash, you’ll need to return it within 30 days of receiving it, sending it back to us via Registered Post and covering postage costs pretty please. 

Then, follow the below easy breezy five steps:

  1. STEP 1: Package up the items you'd like to return.
  2. STEP 2: Clearly label your package with the below address:

    ZERO CO CUSTOMER RETURNS TEAM
    1A/35-47 STENNET ROAD
    INGLEBURN NSW 2565
  3. STEP 3: Take the package to your nearest Australia Post Office and get them to weigh & stamp it, and send it.
  4. STEP 4: IMPORTANT: Take a photo of the package when prepared for proof of postage.
  5. STEP 5: Fill out the form below and upload the photo of your return.

As soon as the form is filled out correctly, a flashing red light will go off at HQ and our customer service genies will refund you.
